When your certificate is ready and you login to the portal using your username and password, the status of the certificate you applied for will appear as COMPLETED.

Now you have to come to the college for the certificate only when your certificate (like PLC, Transfer Certificate, Bonafide, Fee Structure…) has been made in the college.
